The Mesopotamian Opera Company, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation under the 501 (c)3 section of the tax code. First incorporated both Federally and in the State of New York in 1988, it was in 2003 established also as a corporation qualified and authorized to transact intrastate business in the State of Califormia. All donations to the Mesopotamian Opera are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
